“The pace of investment is not really the limiting step,” said Dave Andrew, the vice president of new market development at ExxonMobil Chemical Co. “It’s access to the plastic feed, and it’s one of the reasons why we’ve been really working hard to get this off the ground. We need more plastic to feed into our Baytown facility. We want it out of the landfill, we want into the blue bins so that it’s sorted, and we’d love to take it into our facility.”
