Auburn-based fuel distributor Flyers Energy LLC acquired Fleet Express Commercial Fueling, the unattended “cardlock” fueling division of Mansfield Energy Corp.
The deal adds more stations to Flyers’ operations in Ohio, where it already has distribution operations.
“The acquisition works nicely with the existing Quick Fuel locations up there. We already have many crossover customers — companies fueling at Quick Fuel and also at the old Mansfield sites,” said Chris Haven, marketing manager…
