Former PG&E CEO named to energy company board

Artera Services, a provider of integrated infrastructure services to the natural gas and electric industries, has named the former president and CEO of Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E ) to its board of directors.

Geisha Jimenez Williams will join the board immediately, bringing the membership to 11.

As president of PG&E, one of the largest combined natural gas and electric energy companies in the U.S, Williams was the first Latina CEO of a Fortune 200 company. She left the company in 2019.…
