A federal verdict on the controversial Jordan Cove project will apparently have to wait a week.
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission had anticipated issuing a final order on the 229-pipeline and liquefied natural gas terminal at Coos Bay by Feb.13, but no order arrived. Instead, FERC posted a meeting agenda for Feb. 20 that includes Jordan Cove under the heading “certificates.”
