The technology sector market has been on fire in recent months. After deals of all kinds plummeted in the early days of the pandemic, they came roaring back in the latter months of 2020. From July through December, a reported $485 billion in tech and telecom deals were announced globally. That six-month total actually surpassed the the full-year totals for 17 of the past 19 years tracked by 451 Research.
The company’s shareholders disapproved of the compensation on an advisory basis in what’s commonly called a say-on-pay proposal. They also voted to approve two proposals
