Major deal between Duke Energy, solar developers on grid connections should advance stalled projects

Duke Energy Corp. reached a settlement with nine top Carolinas solar developers to resolve grid connection issues for dozens of stalled projects, likely clearing the way for 650 to 800 megawatts worth of additional construction.
