Man dies in accident at Consol Energy mine

A 25-year-old Consol Energy Inc. employee died Thursday night in an accident at the Enlow Fork Mine in Washington County.

Tanner Lee McFarland of Washington, Pennsylvania, died around 9 p.m. Thursday when a longwall machine fell on him, according to Pittsburgh Business Times media partner WPXI-TV.
