The North American Development Bank’s board on Thursday appointed Calixto Mateos-Hanel of Mexico as the bank’s managing director to serve through 2023.
Mateos-Hanel had been interim managing director of the bank since July, taking over from former managing director Alex Hinojosa after he was allegedly fired for inappropriate behavior.
