Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto will be a part of the new Climate Mayors Steering Committee, a group of 24 mayors to speed sustainability efforts nationwide.
The steering committee, beyond Peduto, includes Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti as well as the mayors of smaller cities including Carmel, Indiana; Des Moines, Iowa; Edina, Minnesota; and Beverly, Massachusetts.
