Sacramento solar photovoltaic module manufacturer Sunergy California LLC has filed for voluntary bankruptcy reorganization.
The petition was filed Wednesday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California in Sacramento, listing more than $10 million in estimated assets and $17.2 million in liabilities.
