Amplify Energy regains NYSE compliance, gets PPP forgiveness

The decision by the NYSE ended a 10-month period of noncompliance that started Aug. 31, 2020, when the exchange warned Amplify that its stockholders’ equity and market capitalization had both fallen below the minimum threshold for too long.
